Youssef and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my third time getting a mortgage and by far that most pleasant experience I've ever had. Youssef has superior knowledge of the mortgage process and was always professional and responsive. He made himself available whenever I needed him (text, call, e-mail) and made me feel like a valued client. He also did a great job of keeping me calm throughout the process as there were a few curve balls that were out of our control. I can't thank him enough for his support.

This is our second time working with Youssef. He and his team are always on top of things. We were able to refinance and close in less than 30 days, and it was such a straight forward process. I waited a while to refinance because I was dreading all of the paperwork, but it was so simple! Wish we did it sooner.
